We use different Terms & Conditions depending on the service provided and the type of client.

The Terms & Conditions that apply to you are clearly identified in the materials we provide to you — such as your Quote, Proposal, Invoice, Booking Page, or Counselling Client Intake Form. These materials include a direct link to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

You should read the Terms & Conditions carefully before confirming a booking or proceeding with our services.

Only the Terms & Conditions identified in the materials we provide to you apply to your agreement with us. Any other versions of Terms & Conditions that appear on this website do not apply to your agreement.

If there is any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions identified in your Quote, Proposal, Invoice, Booking Page, or Client Intake documentation will take precedence.
