Additional forms and questionnaires may be used to support service delivery and are provided directly to participants or clients where applicable.
Where counselling services are provided, a client intake and consent process will apply, with relevant documentation provided prior to engagement.
Important Notice – Effective from 1 July 2026
From 1 July 2026, Veracity Training & Counselling will operate as Veranium Pty Ltd (ACN 698 743 921, ABN 91 698 743 921), trading as Veracity Training & Counselling, and will be registered for GST. The Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other legal documents published on this page apply to all services delivered on or after 1 July 2026, regardless of when the booking or payment is made. Where a booking or payment is made before 1 July 2026 for services to be delivered on or after that date, any amount paid will be recognised and credited towards those services under the new company structure. These documents do not apply retrospectively to services completed before 1 July 2026.

Public Training Terms and Conditions
For individuals who register directly for publicly advertised courses delivered by Veracity Training & Counselling.
RTO / Partner Training Terms and Conditions
For training delivered under Registered Training Organisation (RTO) arrangements or other authorised training partnerships.
